Delete your Pinchly account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
In the app — immediate
- Open Pinchly and tap your initials in the top right.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
Deletion starts right away.
Without the app — request by email
Send an email to support@kuhlapps.com with the subject “Delete my account.” Send it from the email address on your Pinchly account — that is how we verify the request is yours. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What deletion does
Everything you created — Pinches, people, reminders, circles, and categories — is permanently deleted. Pinches other people made about you stay theirs. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
